...and this in an example of the not-so-funny. I would argue that the only person that finds this funny is one who has no respect for Jesus and delights in making fun of him personally.

Do you think you might be over familiar with the gospels now Josh? Guess it goes to prove that familiarity still breeds contempt. The life nor death of Jesus seems to be of any importance to you.

Hope you're similarly amused by videos parodying scenes from your own friends deaths.

I think it is funny how I get CRAP from you guys for this! I did not create this video. It is straight from youtube. Even the title is how I found it on youtube.

lowend:
Turning jesus into a goofy, bloody doll is funny but posting this shows I have no respect for Jesus?

shieldsy:
You just hate everything I do.

I did not add any commentary to this post. The purpose was to see peoples reactions to it. Don't kill the messenger. Next time I will clarify my stance for you little bitches.

josh - my comment was not personally directed at you, it was more of an "if-it-applies: kind of statement. I little clarification would go along way, because one would fairly easily assume that you endores this video and it's content.

Again, in my opinion it's a question of message and perseption. The doll commercial was using the image of Jesus to make a point against christian commercialism. This one...it's just straight making fun of him. If I'm missing something, please enlighten me...

Did I not send you guys the "What Would Jesus Drive" music video, from my friend Greg Benson?

This pokes fun at what people have done to the image and name of Christ, not his person.

I wonder that Jesus wouldn't be bothered by our fixation on the experience of his death, rather than the ministry that was his life. And yes, many do put more focus on one than the other. This video pushes some of those buttons.
